Every cake is made just for you, so I’ll need a few details to get started. You’ll choose your cake size and style here to reserve your date. After checkout, I’ll send you to a quick Cake Details Form where you can tell me all the fun stuff — flavors, colors, themes, inspiration, and more.

I bake just one custom cake each week, so choose an available week below to reserve yours. We’ll finalize your exact pickup date and time along with the rest of your cake details after checkout.

A quick note about pickup:
Cakes are picked up in Franklin, Tennessee. Once your order is placed, we’ll coordinate your pickup day and time, and I’ll send you the exact address.

Not sure which size you need? Choose based on the number of guests you’d like to serve. Serving estimates are approximate and can vary depending on how the cake is cut.

If you’re planning for more than 60 guests or need a larger cake than the options above, I’d be happy to talk through it with you. Please reach out through my Contact page for a custom quote and availability before placing your order.

Have something specific in mind? Share your flavors, theme, colors, and inspiration after checkout, and I’ll create a custom design just for your celebration. Your inspiration will guide the design, while leaving room for a little Southern Protea creativity.

Southern Protea Signature Cake (+$20)
Choose one of my signature cake creations, each with its own set combination of flavors, fillings, and finishing details. Signature Cakes are designed as complete creations and are not customizable.
