Ingredients

  • 6 bags Rooibos tea
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 4 cups apple juice
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • n a heatproof pitcher, combine rooibos tea bags and sugar with the boiling water.
  • Let steep overnight for best flavor — or for at least 2 hours if short on time.
  • Remove tea bags. Add the apple juice and lemon juice; stir well.
  • Refrigerate until chilled and serve over ice.

Notes

  • You can swap the apple juice for any clear fruit juice like cranberry, peach, pear, or mixed berry.
  • This makes a lovely non-alcoholic option for baby showers, brunches, or garden parties.
  • Add thin apple slices or mint sprigs for extra flair when serving.
